Joanne Prince
Hi, please let me introduce myself. My name is
Joanne Prince, I am a British born woman who now lives in Ft Pierce
Florida
. I moved to
South Florida
in 1991 and have worked with many small businesses over the past 20
years. I worked for a small manufacturing company for 8 years, ending up
as Manger. I did everything from Bookkeeping, customer service, employee
relations, quality control, material sourcing, advertising, and too many
other office duties to mention before the company was sold and moved out
of state. I then started working for a top Production company in Miami, where I started doing their bookkeeping and
payroll, receivables and collections. I then soon started on the production
side, helping organize and book 100+ people to work at special events
throughout South Florida, coordinate trucks and equipment for live shows
amongst other duties.
I also started taking various courses on web design at this time, to brush
up on other skills.

I have produced many websites over the past
several
years, mainly for manufacturing and wholesale companies, but also for retail. I work closely
with the owners and managers to help them get the notice they deserve.
Whether it’s just a basic web site to promote your service’s, or a
large website selling products and taking payments, I can build it for
you. I have knowledge of HTML, Flash, Photoshop and more.
I also do bookkeeping, mainly QuickBooks, but I
also have a knowledge of Peachtree. I have been working with QuickBooks
for over 10 years now, doing everything from setting up the company,
order entry, invoicing, payroll and reconciling, to getting your books
ready for the tax man at the end of the year. I have just finished
working for several Production and photographic companies in London,
England,
doing everything from invoicing clients and photographers, doing
payroll, bill entry, bank reconciliation’s, job costing, monthly job
profit reports, chasing payments for open invoices, receiving payments
and sorting queries amongst other things, all from a remote office. I
also work with Word, Excel, Publisher and many other computer programs
needed in most office environments. I will be happy to supply any
references upon request, as I still have a great relationship with all
my past employee's.
Jacqueline M.
Rosado
Jacqueline M. Rosado born in New Jersey
started her administrative experience straight out of high
school. Attended a Computer Science 13 month course and obtained a
certificate in Computer Operations while working for financial advisors
and assisting them with their office administration and client
portfolios for over four years.
In 1992 moved to Florida to pursue a
better living. She obtained an Administrative position with one of the top
Concert and Convention Labor Sources and Rehearsal Studios in Miami.
Assistant to the CEO at that time for the minority owned and operated
small company meant she had hands on every aspect of the business as well
as personal affairs. She has worked with many of Miami’s biggest artist
from Freight Forwarding to Full Concert Events for artist such as Ricky
Martin, Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony just to name a
few.
Throughout the ten years of employment she
implemented all Office Procedures from the bottom up. After ten years she
felt she learned and helped all she could and needed to experience
different working environments. She then went on to work for Architects,
Interior Designers, Wholesale Fabricators, and Furniture Manufacturers in
the Miami Design District.
All of Jacqui’s clients will give her
references and applause for her hard work since she has decided to go
freelance, and one of her main clients is the Concert and Convention
production company
she once worked for in Miami for 10 years..
Jacqui has maintained great relationships
with all her former employees and combines her contact list with all her
industry knowledge of twenty years to assist your company in any way
possible. She has experience working with several accounting packages such
at Dac-Easy, Atrex, Peachtree, MAS 90 and Quickbooks as well as custom
made software Studio IT for Interior Designers.
